Simple and easy to use this second one is one is for my Mom.
We have been using ours for about six months and love the way it effortlessly gets all of the crud that we used to scrape and scrub.
Two tips for new owners:
1) Move slowly, it works by absorption, not scrubbing, so a slow pass over the floor is all that you'll usually need.
2) Change the pad frequently, about every 10 minutes of use. If it's saturated or very dirty it doesn't work as well.
Washing machine is fine to clean the pads, but NOT the drier, hang them to dry.

It might be a good product but we tried it on porcelain tile...it was a bummer...streaks galore. Can't say anything more....
