Bought this and read over the directions carefully. Was able to only use it for about 15mins before it stopped working. Did everything the instructions told me to do, still didnt turn back on. Come to find out it had to be sent back to the company for repair. Shipped it back for about $20 out of pocket. Waited about 2 wks and just got it back. Again follwed the instructions carefully, added water and turned it on to heat up. After about 5mins the lights went out. Went to use it and, to little surprise, no steam. IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN! Will not be sending this back for repair again, but for refund. This unit is SO not worth the money.

Listen to me...I doubted the bad reviews, but the bad ones are correct.
This is NOT dry steam!!
I got this as a tool in my fight against bed bugs.
Luckily I don't think I have them anymore, but that is no thanks to this steamer.
The attachments are not good and the steam is NOT dry! It is basically false advertising.
The product seems to be moderately good quality (I don't think it's as bad as others did), but I feel the price should be knocked down a hundred bucks or so.
I hope you trust me and the other negative reviews. This steamer is not worth the price and the steam is NOT dry.

I basically used this machine on everything. It has a variety a brushes and options available for you to utilize so its uses are endless. Whether is was grout, the oven, the film in the sink/shower, my bed, a spot on the carpet... it all came out.I high recommend this product. I almost became too obsessive with it and my boyfriend had to take it away.
